Lemi announces first UK branch and new sales manager

Italian spa equipment supplier, Lemi, has announced the opening of a branch in London, its first UK office

Luxury spa equipment design and manufacturing company Lemi sees the UK as one of its fastest-growing spa markets and has opened a UK outpost to be closer to its British customers and gain better insights into local market trends.

The brand’s direct presence in the UK also aims to allow it to offer more efficient aftersales support and servicing.

Lemi has also grown its UK team with the appointment of Anna Histed as regional sales manager UK and Ireland.

A new face on the team

With more than two decades of experience in the beauty and spa industries, Histed will be a point of contact for UK customers.

She will be assisting Lemi in developing the UK market and will provide a direct contact within the company, eliminating the need for intermediaries.

“My role will be to ensure not only efficient but excellent customer service, both before and after the sale of products, in order to enhance our customer experience,” she says.

“My plan over the next six months is to work with as many spa consultants, hotels and spas as possible to promote and provide knowledge of the Lemi brand.

“I firmly believe the London office will become just as important for Lemi as their Italian-based company and offices in Miami and Dubai.”

Commitment to key stakeholders

“My approach will be centred around the delivery of exceptional customer service,” continues Histed.

“In the past, this has helped me to establish and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with my customers and suppliers alike. Through my commitment to these key stakeholders, I aim to foster an environment of trust and respect.”

The new London branch will also become a UK training centre for the distinctive features of Lemi equipment.
