Kay Pennington announces new role with Image Skincare

The award-winning spa and wellness leader joins the skincare brand as UK ambassador

Kay Pennington has joined scientific skincare brand Image Skincare UK as brand ambassador.

Pennington, who has 25 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry, has been tasked with helping to grow the Image brand in partner spas and skincare clinics.

She will play a pivotal role in providing insights into to B2B accounts, while also helping to inspire the next generation of skincare professionals with workshops and training.

“Having followed how the Image brand was created by Janna Ronert in 2003, and seeing its values based on solid foundations, our mission and beliefs align to make a very compatible partnership."

Speaking exclusively to European Spa, Pennington said: “For spas that demands results-driven menu services but don’t want the cost of taking on huge amounts of new product, Image Skincare offers many prestigious capsule ranges.

“Image will not compromise other product houses and will add impactful, results-driven services to the menu.”

Pennington launched a new leadership workshop programme, Resilience and Power, earlier this year.

A trained therapist, she has worked for wellness brands including Ellisons and Sweet Squared, and most recently she was group spa manager at Aqua Sana.

The Resilience and Power leadership workshops are aimed at spa professionals wishing to strengthen their skills and learn how to improve their service.

Pennington will use her experience to amplify confidence, strengthen focus and provide a motivational boost across Image Skincare’s spas and clinics.

“I’m thrilled to be offering resilience workshops and training on behalf of Image Skincare. Running a successful business requires maximum output and commitment from your staff. We need to consider not only training in procedures and protocols but also in life skills.
