Kamalaya Koh Samui to launch new wellness retreats this Autumn

Thai wellness resort Kamalaya Koh Samui will hold two group wellness retreat this autumn: Finding Emotional Balance & Freedom and Yin Yang Yoga Immersion.

Aiming to offer personalised support and expert guidance in a nurturing setting, the retreats will be guided by wellness professionals and combine Kamalaya’s holistic wellness philosophy with life-enriching insights and bespoke therapies.

Finding emotional balance

Running from September 1-7,  the seven-day Finding Emotional Balance & Freedom retreat aims to guide participants towards inner balance. 

Led by Kamalaya’s dedicated life enhancement mentors, Sujay Seshadri, Krishna Raj and Srinivas Bhat, the retreat offers morning and afternoon sessions, group talks and meditation practices. 

Participants will also have access to a 90-minute personal mentoring session with one of the life-enhancement mentors, all of whom have studied ancient Asian philosophies and have helped many people around the world to accept and manage their emotions. 

The retreat is complemented by five holistic treatments including the Vital Essence Oil Massage, Traditional Asian Hand Massage, Traditional Asian Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage.

Yin Yang Yoga Immersion

Led by renowned Yin and Yang Yoga expert and teacher Simon Low, Yin Yang Yoga Immersion is designed to help guests cultivate a deeper connection to the self.

Running from October 6-10, the retreat is aimed at participants of all skill levels and includes three 150-minute morning and afternoon sessions, where guests will receive individual attention and personal alignment and posture modifications. 

Three holistic Asian massage therapies – the Royal Ayurvedic Massage, the Vital Essence Oil massage and the Traditional Thai Massage – are included to nurture, restore and invigorate.
