Journey Hospitality acquires spa expert Premier Software

Technology company Journey Hospitality has extended its hotel e-commerce portfolio by acquiring spa and wellness management software companyPremier Software

Technology company Journey Hospitality has extended its hotel e-commerce portfolio by acquiring Premier Software.

Premier Software is a spa, leisure and wellness management software company founded in 1994. It will now operate as a separate division alongside Journey’s existing product, agency and consulting brands.

Dual integration

With more than 500 customers, including The Belfry and The Landmark, Midlands-based Premier Software will be headed by Oliver Cahill as managing director.

Core by Premier Software is already fully integrated with Journey Hospitality’s booking platform onejourney.

“Our previous partnership with onejourney helped us put control in the hands of the end consumer, delivering increased bookings and revenue for our spa clients,” said Cahill.

“Now we’ve joined the Journey family, we can provide world-leading digital experiences that enhance customer journeys.”

Core by Premier is already integrated with onejourney.

Boosting e-commerce

The addition of Premier Software extends Journey Hospitality’s offering to maximise direct revenue in the guest journey and boost spa services within hotel e-commerce.

Significant investment will be made in Premier Software’s technology and product development.
