Jessica Grant Sloyan joins the team at ESPA

With a wealth of industry experience, Grant Sloyan has moved from an operational role at Lucknam Park

ESPA has announced that Jessica Grant Sloyan is joining the team as senior international spa operations associate.

In her new role, Grant Sloyan will play a key role in providing operational support and auditing services for ESPA’s international spas across the EMEA region.

This will include working closely with spa teams to optimise operations and maintain the brand’s standards.

Additionally, Grant Sloyan will be reviewing the relaunch of ESPA’s leadership courses to ensure it continues to inspire and develop future leaders.

“Through auditing services, education and leadership development, I will focus on empowering teams and ensuring every ESPA location delivers the luxury and authenticity the brand is known for,” Grant Sloyan said.

Spa industry experience

Grant Sloyan has 20 years of spa experience and has worked in renowned properties including Lucknam Park and the Gainsborough Bath Spa, where she was part of the opening management team.

At Whatley Manor Hotel & Spa in the Cotswolds she served as spa and wellness manager.

Grant Sloyan has also worked at the Bath Priory Hotel & Spa and spent time working in Bali and Malaysia. Here she learned about traditional eastern medicine and ancient healing traditions.

Alongside her operational expertise, she also serves as a board member of the UK Spa Association.

ESPA is focused on promoting thermal experiences in spas and at home during 2025. The brand will be working to share the transformative benefits of hot and cold therapies for supporting inner strength, metal wellness and overall health.

ESPA’s Thermal Balance will take consumers on a unique journey, from its hero spa treatment, the Inner Calm Massage, to bespoke at-home ritualsusing its Signature Blends Bath and Body oils.
