Melissa Jones has been appointed general manager at Irish Spa Association.

Her role will support the aims of the association and connect members as they embrace the challenges and opportunities in the spa and wellness market in Ireland.

An industry veteran of over 15 years she has worked at Fota Island Spa and at The Spa at The Kingsley.

Jones’s focus will be on supporting Peigin Crowley and Anita Murray, founders of the Irish Spa Association, in their work. She plans to bring industry peers together to meet, share information and to help each other, and to create open conversations about the challenges that are important to members, working with them to create solutions.

“From the day the Irish Spa Association was formed I was an advocate, I truly believe it was created with complete love and compassion for the industry and everyone who works in it. I am proud to be part of that mission and that purpose.”
