Inhabit Hotels is set to open its second London property, Inhabit Queen’s Gardens, in early 2022.

Located in Bayswater, the boutique hotel will offer 159 bedrooms as well as a meat-free restaurant and bar, a lounge area, a library and a subterranean wellness centre.

Called Inhale at Inhabit, the wellness centre features two treatment rooms and will be London’s first hotel spa to offer treatments from Gaia, a British skincare brand that combines natural ingredients with artisanal production methods.

Inhale at Inhabit features a gym equipped with a Peloton Bike

Treatments will include the Gaia Poultice Massage, which uses herbal compresses to heal and soothe and increase chi flow. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, chi is believed to be a vital life force that flows through all living things. It’s believed that when your chi flow is strong you are healthy and full of life.

Other treatments will include the Gaia Yoga Lifting Facial. Billed as a ‘stimulating workout for the face’, this facial ritual combines lifting massage techniques with lymphatic drainage for improved muscle tone and smoothed fine lines.

Also available is the Gaia Raindrop Therapy at Inhale, an exclusive face and body ritual that uses essential oils to restore emotional and physical balance. The 120-minute therapy uses raindrop techniques on the back, spine and feet to soothe and nurture, whiles a facial cleanse and scalp massage restore peace and serenity.

The interiors were inspired by Scandinavian traditions and Eastern philosophies combined with British design

The wellness centre will also offer a programme of daily activities including complimentary morning meditation classes, Pilates, yin yoga, vinyasa flow and transformational Hatha, as well as a gym equipped with a Peloton Bike.

Additionally, guests will have access to a series of educational workshops, lectures and events, curated by head of wellness Maria Tsiarta, that aim to help guests reconnect and recharge.

To create the tranquil space, which was inspired by Scandinavian traditions and Eastern philosophies combined with British design, Inhabit Hotels partnered with Holland Harvey Architects, Caitlin Henderson Design and art curators Culture A.

The hotel offers a 70 cover meat-free restaurant and bar

‘Mindfully designed for the modern traveller’, everything at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens has been considered with a commitment to environmental initiatives and meaningful community partnerships. The hotel has also pledged to work with 100 social enterprises and small, socially-conscious businesses.
