Experiences include Windows of the Soul, billed as the perfect antidote to lockdown fatigue, an eye treatment that combines ingredients such as cucumber, echinacea and edelweiss with rose quartz cold stone therapy to soothe and lift tired eyes.
The Richmond Harbour Hotel spa will be the first in London to offer Temple Spa’s range of new CBD treatments, including the CBD Skin Booster facial and the Stress Not CBD massage, when they launch in the spring.
The CBD Skin Booster facial is designed to calm and soothe the skin, while the Stress Not CBD massage uses warmed white jade wave stones to ease muscular pain and relieve tension.
The spa has also worked with The White Company to create a Sleep Retreat, which includes an early morning yoga class and a 60-minute Drift Away massage, which offers a blend of sleep-inducing essential oils. The package also includes full access to the spa and dinner at the hotel’s The Gate restaurant.
In-room amenities will also include The White Company’s Sleep Collection, which features its Calming Bath Soak, Nourishing Body Cream, Soothing Pillow Mask, Sleep Candle and eye mask.
In addition, HarSPA will also have its own range of experiences available, including Lava Shell massages and a sea-salt body exfoliation treatment.
Other facilities include an extensive cardio suite with spin studios offering fitness classes from Les Mills, including BODYBALANCE, which combines yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to improve flexibility and breathing, and BODYCOMBAT, a high-energy workout inspired by martial arts. Also available are the Les Mills’ CORE, BARRE and SH’BAM classes.
A heated 20m swimming pool, a hydrotherapy pool, plunge pool and relaxation room, as well as a Nordic-inspired spa garden equipped with Scandinavian hot tubs and a wellbeing juice bar complete the spa’s offering.
