Ground Wellbeing makes English debut at Limewood’s Herb House

Irish wellness brand Ground Wellbeing has announced its first English spa partnership, with Limewood’s Herb House Spa in the New Forest, Hampshire

Herb House is said to have a synergy with Ground Wellbeing, with the two brands exemplifying a mutual dedication to natural wellbeing and a holistic approach to health.

Wholly accessible

Founded in 2020 by Peigin Crowley, Ground Wellbeing was created with the intention of making wellness and selfcare accessible to all.

Ground Wellbeing’s treatments, which use a collection of 100%-natural, vegan products, include Restorative, Grounding and Balancing Rituals as well as the Cleansing Ritual.

Treatments feature elements of breathwork, rhythmic techniques, lymphatic drainage and gua sha.

Herb House spa will also offer guests the opportunity to continue selfcare at home with Ground Wellbeing rituals, such as the Sleep Ritual and the Face Ritual, available to purchase.

“We couldn’t be prouder to partner with Herb House,” says Peigin Crowley. “The setting is incredible, with nature singing to you from every window, and the chef and kitchen team echoing wellness and gut health on the menu.

“Most of all, Herb House has a team of veteran spa therapists who believe in the power of touch, delivering more than massage with every treatment.”

Developed from Crowley’s kitchen table, Ground Wellbeing is the result of her more than 20 years’ experience in the spa industry.

The brand’s products and treatments seek to offer rituals with purpose – relieving symptoms such as anxiety and insomnia, and assisting with problems such as gut health, cancer and menopause.

Inclusive and sustainable

“In creating Ground Wellbeing during Covid lockdowns I was gifted a beautiful freedom to develop products and spa rituals to the beat of my own drum,” says Crowley.

“I built an inclusive and sustainable offering with purpose and intention, that serves and includes children. While there is a specific focus on female wellbeing because of my own personal experience, our rituals are non gender specific.

“Ground has taken me on a journey I never imagined possible; it’s truly a wonderful space to be in.”

Future plans

Thus year, Ground Wellbeing is also partnering with North American properties including the Rosewood Hotels of Mayakoba, San Miguel in Mexico and Kona in Hawaii.

The company has been approved as the wellbeing partner for the La Prairie Spa in Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.

“Our focus will be in Europe in the second half of the year, with opportunities in Croatia and Italy on the horizon,” says Crowley.

“We will also unveil a new collection of skin wellness rituals, with the purpose of emphasising the meaningful connection between emotional wellbeing and skin health, later this year.”
