GOCO Hospitality partners with SODIC to launch urban retreat at The Estates residential development in Egypt

Leading real estate developer SODIC has signed a Letter Of Intent with spa and wellness operator GOCO Hospitality to launch of a new wellness offering at The Estates, a high-end residential development in New Zayed, Egypt. 

Billed as the ‘ultimate urban retreat’, the GOCO Retreat will offer premium wellness and hospitality services to the residents of The Estates. 

Unparalleled luxury experience

Designed to offer an ‘unparalleled luxury experience’, the GOCO Retreat will span 16,187sqm and will be located at the heart of the site. 

SODIC’s signature development, The Estates occupies 150 acres and has been master-planned to ensure privacy and seamless integration with nature.
