The Gleddoch Golf and Spa Resort near Glasgow, Scotland, has revealed its renovated Imperia Spa.
A privately owned 350-acre estate, which once belonged to shipbuilding magnate Baron Lithgow, Gleddoch has invested in a multi-million-pound 1,100sqm spa.
The new look Imperia Spa evokes an age of elegance and excess. It first opened in 2017 and has been re-imagined as an indulgent, glamorous space by 3Design Scotland.
The aesthetic features gold, black and marble, draped with quilted upholstery and fluted crystal, all inspired by the salons of Europe’s grand hotels.
The Imperia Spa
The renovated spa has seven treatment rooms and offers facials and body therapies by Natura Bissé, Elemis, Temple Spa and Ayurvedic specialist Tri-Dosha. Treatment beds are supplied by Lemi.
Paula Anderson is spa operations manager and Taylor McDevitt is spa manager.
