Leading professional skincare brand Dermalogica has accelerated the industry-wide launch of its Aspire Award to April 2021 to support undergraduate apprentice therapists whose training and career progression has been halted due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In line with National Apprenticeship Week’s theme of ‘Building the Future’ and to provide enriched educational opportunities, the brand has also opened its undergraduate programme to apprentices and students not studying with a Dermalogica Partnership College.

Usually reserved for Dermalogica Partner Colleges, the programme of education combines industry-relevant insights as well as best practice reinforcement and the chance to broaden skills.

Comprising a series of workshops, webinars and schemes mapped to key curriculum topics, there is also the chance to achieve the Aspire Award, which recognises commitment to ongoing learning.

Dermalogica intends to make the full programme available to all undergraduates studying beauty therapy, advanced beauty therapy and related courses later this year.
