Caudwell appoints Dorchester Collection to manage luxury services for 1 Mayfair

Dorchester Collection will provide concierge and luxury services to 1 Mayfair, a new £2 billion luxury residential address with a spa in London

Ultra-prime developer Caudwell has announced the appointment of Dorchester Collection to manage luxury services for its new £2 billion luxury residential address, 1 Mayfair.

Dorchester Collection, which operates hotels including London’s The Dorchester and The Lana in Dubai, will manage the property, concierge and hotel-style services.

The appointment will also give 1 Mayfair residents the benefit of priority reservation at The Dorchester’s restaurants and services. These include the The Dorchester Spa and the three Michelin-star Alain Ducasse restaurant at The Dorchester.

Facilities at 1 Mayfair

1 Mayfair, located on London’s South Audley Street, will have 24 residences including lateral apartments, penthouses and townhouses. Entertaining halls and lounges, including a grand reception room, a library and a garden gallery, will open onto or overlook a central garden.

Luxury amenities will include a spa with a 20m pool, gym and treatment rooms. The spa and wellness facility has been designed to deliver a leading spa experience in London.

As well as a spectacular pool room with double-height glazed ceiling there will be an extensive lounge areas for relaxation and a juice bar for refreshments.

Alongside personal fitness trainers, classes and swim coaching, residents will be able to enjoy massages, facials manicures and pedicures, a hair salon and eyebrow artistry services.

Architecture is by New York-based Robert AM Stern of RAMSA. Interiors for the reception halls and lounges are being devised by Paris-based American-Chilean designer Juan Pablo (JP) Molyneux.

1 Mayfair is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027. The first dressed residence will be unveiled in 2026. It’s estimated prices for the residences will being at £35m.

A luxury residential property development company, Caudwell was founded in 2007.

Its ambition is to create true legacy projects of outstanding architectural and design quality that will stand the test of time. Other projects include Le Provençal, the recently completed conversion of the Art Deco Hôtel Provençal in Cap d’Antibes, France and Domaine de La Belle Etoile on the French Riviera.

Founded in 2007, Dorchester Collection’s constellation of properties includes Coworth Park in Ascot, Le Meurice and Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris, Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angles.

Tokyo and The Alba in Dubai are both set to open in 2028.
