Located on a cliff edge above Vlycha Bay in Rhodes, the Lindos Grand Resort and Evridiki Spa are on schedule to open in May 2021.

The adults-only resort will have a sophisticated and ‘ultra-modern’ aesthetic with many bedrooms offering panoramic sea views and private infinity pools.

In addition, the 1,010sqm Evridiki Spa will specialise in vegan-friendly, natural products that use no microbeads or animal products.

Designed by Melenos – Katagos and Partners to promote inner balance and harmony, the spa cost more than 600,000 (£513,900, US$715,300) and will house four single treatment rooms; two double massage rooms; a manicure and pedicure room; and a hair salon.

Other spa facilities include a heated indoor pool; a sauna and hammam supplied by Fluidra; and a gym equipped by SHUA, a subsidiary of Gym80, with daily classes and access to a personal trainer.

A comprehensive treatment menu will include facials, full-body rituals and beauty therapies that combine modern techniques with ancient Greek remedies.

Professional brands will include Apivita, Moroccanoil, China Glaze and OPI while the spa’s treatment beds, furniture, pedicure and manicure areas were all supplied by leading Italian company NILO.

Treatments, which will be performed to the soothing sounds of the Aegan Sea, will include sea-salt exfoliation; rosemary and guarana body masks and raw cocoa, coconut and coffee full body treatments.
