Auriens Chelsea set to debut in September

Billed as ‘redefining later living’, Auriens Chelsea will debut in the heart of London’s Chelsea area in September.

A selection of exclusive, private apartments to rent for over-65-year-olds, the facilities will include a cinema, a hairdresser, a gym and a spa.

Spa facilities will include a 15m swimming pool, vitality pool, salt sauna which were designed by interior specialist Richmond, with technical design and engineering from pool designers Devin and installation by Aqua Platinum.

The spa’s two treatment rooms have been equipped by Nilo and offer VOYA and Murad while Margaret Dabbs and Jessica treatments will be performed on manicure and pedicure stations made by Takara Belmont.

“We will work closely with Auriens residents, getting to know them and their personal requirements in addition to clinically assessing bio-markers of cellular health, stress, nutrition and inflammation,” said Gideon Remfry, director of wellness, Auriens Chelsea. “This will enable us to create unique programmes including the best elements of specific exercise, physical therapy, delicious food and relaxing spa treatments.”

Auriens has also partnered with Kyros Project. Founded by Gideon Remfry, who is also Auriens’ director of wellness, Kyros Project will curate highly personalised ‘active ageing’ wellness programmes for Auriens residents.

Pharmacist and medical nutritionist Aidan Goggins – author of The Sirtfood Diet – will lead the Kyros nutrition approach at Auriens using blood work to accurately identitfy resident’s nutritional needs.
