The Lanesborough Club & Spa introduces urban retreat with Bodhimaya

The Lanesborough Club & Spa, part of the Oetker Collection, has introduced a new urban retreat programme by award-winning wellness retreat specialists, Bodhimaya.

Developed for stressed Londoners and international executives, the one- and two-day retreats will be led by Bodhimaya founder Cornelius O’Shaughnessy, an experienced meditation, stress management and eastern philosophy expert, supported by his team of wellbeing experts.

Focusing on physical and emotional wellbeing, packages will include restorative retreats and meditation and nutrition programmes that have each been designed to balance mind and body through meditation with O’Shaughnessy; private consultations with Bodhimaya nutritional expert Olga Hamilton; and complementary private yoga sessions, personal training and expertly chosen Tata Harper spa treatments.

Mindfulness sessions will help people to explore and resolve personal issues, find clarity, manage stress and increase confidence.

Thorough consultations will help each guest to identify key focuses for the personalised retreats to address digestive and sleep disorders; anti-ageing; detoxification; female health and hormone imbalance; skin conditions; immune system issues; allergies and intolerances; and ailments linked to fatigue, depression and anxiety.
