Hedgerow by Agua revitalises signature treatments

Agua London at Sea Containers London has developed Hedgerow by Agua, a collection of in-house-made herbal salves, butters and blended oils for use in the spa’s signature treatment menu.

Drawing inspiration from British hedgerows and indigenous flora, each product has been created using local, botanical ingredients that can be nurtured in urban communities and city environments, such as London’s Southbank.

Five of the spa’s signature treatments will be re-imagined using this sustainable product line, including full-body, bust and pregnancy massages, spa mani-pedis and hot oil mani-pedis.

The products consist of six core ingredients – lemon balm, rosemary, St John’s wort, peppermint, comfrey and marigold – which help to improve circulation, increase antioxidant activity and reduce anxiety and inflammation.

The Hedgerow by Agua collection will be complemented by a seasonal line of products added throughout the year and delivered through compresses, scrubs and hand and foot baths.

The summer additions will feature wild rose, lime blossom, elder and chamomile, which help to ease the mind, soothe muscles and restore balance and equilibrium.
