Wellness Hospitality Conference reveals 2026 speaker line-up

The fourth annual Wellness Hospitality Conference has revealed the line up of global speakers for its Italian event.

Taking place at the Milan Marriott Hotel on December 1, the programme will feature globally renowned spa leaders including Anne-Cannelle Boyer, vice-president, wellbeing at Jumeirah and Anna Bjurstam, founder of Wahayala.

Organised by Teamwork Hospitality, the conference will explore the evolution of the wellness sector, the trends transforming the market and the changes affecting the thermal spa, hospitality and spa sectors.

In a new venue this year, Wellness Hospitality Conference will for the first time offer additional in-depth break-out sessions focused on the more operational and technical aspects.

Emerging business opportunities

The Wellness Hospitality Conference has established itself as the only event in Italy dedicated to the sector.

The one-day event aims to provide industry professionals with a clear and practical overview of how the market is changing, what today’s guests are looking for and emerging new business opportunities.

Topics under the microscope will include:

• How to manage and develop a wellness business
• The future of the industry
• The challenges and opportunities generated by new wellness models
• The evolution of guests’ needs and expectations.

Among the speakers announced for the 2026 edition are Antonello Del Regno, general manager of Terme & Spa Italia; Amanda Schmiege, senior director spa and wellness at Four Seasons Hotels; and Piers Schmidt, founder of Luxury Partners.

They will be joined by consultant Andrew Gibson, CEO and co-founder of HTWWLife; László Puczko, founder of Health Tourism Worldwide; and Giulia Patulli, spa manager at the Spa Orient Express La Minerva.

Moderators will include Mauro Santinato, consultant Lisa Starr and Annarita di Giacomo, founder of Armonia Wellness.
