Waldorf Astoria London, Admiralty Arch has announced the appointment of Caitlin Ryde as spa manager, for the highly-anticipated Waldorf Astoria Spa that is set to open at the landmark hotel later this year.

Ryde’s career spans luxury hospitality, spa operations and private wellness, progressing from her foundations as a spa therapist to senior leadership positions.

Her experience includes Fairmont St Andrews and the pre-opening of Taymouth Castle Club Spa. Most recently she oversaw the development and operational launch of a private spa within an ultra-high-net-worth residential setting.

She will lead the spa team and oversee its daily operation, from treatment and service standards to team development and the wider guest journey.
