The BoTree hotel on Marylebone Lane in London has revealed plans to open a new social wellness members’ club.

triplebond, which is scheduled to open in August, will combine science-backed recovery, diagnostics and performance with dedicated social wellness. It will also be home to Marylebone’s first rooftop pool.

A collection of skyline social spaces, triplebond will offer experiences centred on wellness and performance optimisation. These will include the Bassment, a beat-led infrared heated fitness studio, designed for group classes.

Each class will be crafted around rhythm, tempo and music, from high-impact sessions to down-tempo barre and stretch-led recovery.

"This is a completely new social wellness ecosystem where activation, restoration and connection come together under one roof. Every element has been designed to be both deeply effective and inherently social, integrating cutting-edge, science-backed wellness experiences with vibrant social spaces.”

The Activation area

A Fire and Ice Circuit will include an infrared sauna with photobiomodulation panels supporting cellular recovery, detoxification and mitochondrial activation.

There will also be a cold plunge room that will offer nervous system-informed, breath-led experiences and include full-standing red light panels.

A rooftop gym will be in partnership with Technogym and the Lymphatic Lounge will be a social recovery space designed with Hyperice, focusing on lymphatic compression.

The lounge will also feature a salt wall and circadian-aware lighting to create a space that matches the body’s natural rhythms. IV therapies will be available to further enhance the wellness experience.

Jet lag recovery

To help travellers to reacclimatise, triplebond will offer a jet lag recovery circuit comprising a red light therapy bed to support circadian rhythm resynchronisation, AYO light glasses and in-ear circadian synching therapy devices.

Lymphatic compression therapy will also be available to further combat the swelling and circulatory slowdown associated with jet lag, creating a full body reset for travellers.

In the Decompress Lounge, there will be zero-gravity massage chairs, weighted blankets and a frequency-based soundscape.

Completing the offer, members and guests will be able to experience a private hyperbaric oxygen chamber and cryotherapy chamber.

“Science has long told us that human connection is as vital to our long-term health as sleep, movement and nutrition, yet the places we go to take care of ourselves often ask us to come alone. We set out to create a fully integrated social wellness experience, where belonging, connection and vitality are the foundation, and state of the art wellness and recovery protocols layer on top.”

Diagnostic health assessments

triplebond has partnered with Stride to offer a health concierge service, where members will be able to undergo comprehensive diagnostic assessments.

The results are built from an analysis of more than 500 different biomarkers across advanced blood testing, DNA profiling, gut microbiome markers and biological age. Members will then be able to book a complimentary online session with triplebond’s integrative health practitioner to review results and biomarker data.

Lastly, the social spaces will include a wellness café, bars, a rooftop pool and terrace with wraparound skyline views.

The BoTree hotel will also begin offering in-room wellness including compression boots and Bon Charge PEMF infrared mats.

In-room minibars have been reimagined for wellness-conscious traveller, incorporating a new in-room technology rental menu.
