Four Seasons Yachts has announced the launch of the Lanserhof Reset, designed to enhance the transatlantic experience for passengers aboard Four Seasons I, from November.

Developed in collaboration with the longevity experts at Lanserhof, the programme offers personalised consultations, restorative treatments and expert-led wellness experiences.

This first-of-its-kind voyage is said to introduce a new type of wellbeing at sea. It invites guests to focus on their mind, body and soul through intentional moments of reflection and transformation.

Guided by Lanserhof’s signature approach, the residency looks beyond traditional wellness to explore longevity through a deeply personalised approach. This offers guests access to diagnostics, expert consultations and restorative programming.

A personalised wellness voyage

Beginning with an initial consultation at Four Seasons’ state-of-the-art medical centre. Participants will follow an eight-day wellness programme on board the yacht, tailored to their needs and goals.

This includes one-on-one consultations, holistic treatments such as craniosacral alignment, fitness and breathwork sessions, sound bath experiences.

Guests will also be offered nutritional guidance, including chlorophyll shots inspired by Lanserhof’s signature Energy Cuisine.

Through personalised programming and expert guidance, we are creating an experience that is deeply restorative, highly individual, and uniquely Four Seasons,” said Ben Trodd, CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts.

Elevated wellbeing at sea

“The transatlantic crossing creates an extraordinary environment to step away from everyday life, focus on personal health and experience how targeted changes can support greater wellbeing and longevity long after the journey ends”, said Eva-Maria Hasenauer, chief commercial officer of the Lanserhof Group.

The residency will complement the yacht’s onboard wellness offering, anchored by L’Oceana Spa.

Inspired by the restorative power of the sea, the spa draws on natural elements to offer  a holistic approach to relaxation and renewal.

It features a hammam and thermal circuit as well as innovations such as cryotherapy, infrared therapy and hydrotherapy.

There are also advanced recovery treatments to support restoration and longevity.
