The UK Spa Association (UKSA) has today announced its new industry jobs board.

Hosted on the UKSA’s website, the board will be live before the end of the month.

Supplier members will get free credits as part of their member benefits, to post job vacancies. There will be a selection of spa industry roles for all aspects of the sector.

“A key part of who the UKSA is and what we stand for is growing and supporting our colleagues in the industry,” said UKSA general manager Bobby Griffiths.

“We will be reaching out to our members imminently with instructions on how to set up their accounts.”

“We are excited to begin the year with the roll out of our new industry jobs board, which we believe will be a huge benefit to our many members. It is integral that we actively support the continued growth and development of our industry through initiatives such as these.”

New mission statement

The UKSA has also set out a fresh agenda for  for 2026. An updated mission statement makes clear the association’s agenda and commitment to the industry. It reads: “Uniting and empowering the UK spa industry through support, education, collaboration, national advocacy and an ongoing drive for positive change within the wellness sector.”

“The board has been working hard behind the scenes to build the foundations for what is to come,” said Griffiths. “Key work streams for 2026 will include education, charity work and improved communication.

“Specifically, we will be highlighting industry pathways including apprenticeship schemes, which are still not fully understood or utilised.

“We believe education doesn’t stop once you’ve left formal learning, so we’ll be working to share best practice and showcase how therapists can further develop themselves once in the industry.”

The UKSA will be working closely with its exclusive partner charity, Look Good Feel Better, and introducing further member benefits.

“Finally we pledge to increase and improve our communication within the industry, as there are still people who don’t understand what we do or why,” said Griffiths.
