Rosewood Munich appoints new spa director

Tami Le will lead the Asaya Spa at Rosewood Munich, the brand’s first hotel in Germany

Rosewood Hotels has announced spa veteran Tami Le will take over the leadership of the Asaya Spa at Rosewood Munich.

Le began her career in wellness at A-Rosa Sylt in Germany, where she was a trainer, aesthetician and spa receptionist.

She has worked her way up to hold senior wellness roles at prestigious spas including Six Senses Fiji, the St Regis Mardavall Resort in Mallorca and Hotel Botanico in Tenerife.

Most recently, Le was director of spa and wellness at the Waldorf Astoria Maldives. Here she oversaw a global team and helped implement high-profile wellness initiatives, including a concept in partnership with Christian Dior.

She also played a key role in launching leadership programmes designed to empower and elevate female talent across the property.

Holistic spa programming and transformative retreats

Rosewood Munich is the brand’s first hotel in Germany. In her new spa director role, Le will lead the strategic vision for the spa, curating innovative treatments and wellness experiences.

She has been tasked with driving the growth of transformative treatments, holistic programming and culturally-rooted guest experiences.

On a day-to-day level, Le will focus on managing product selection and overseeing spa operations and staff.

An integrative wellness destination spread across two levels, Asaya Spa at Rosewood Munich blends Bavarian healing rituals with modern holistic therapies.

Spa facilities include a vitality indoor pool, two saunas, a steam room, six treatment rooms and a wellness suite for private spa experiences. A Technogym-equipped fitness centre completes the offer.

Signature treatments include the OTO Sleep Soundly Experience and Rosewood Bespoke Beauty. The spa’s philosophy is guided by Rosewood’s A Sense of Place philosophy.

Rosewood Munich

Housed in two landmark buildings – the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the grand aristocratic residence Palais Neuhaus-Preysing – Rosewood Munich is in the heart of the city’s old town.

It was designed by Munich-based architects Hilmer Sattler and the London interior design studio Tara Bernerd & Partners. The property has 73 guestrooms, 59 suites and five houses.
