SpaFest returns for 2025 with a focus on inclusivity and sustainability

The event, set to take place from 1-2 September at Carden Park in Cheshire, is supporting the Made for Life Foundation

SpaFest, the unique industry gathering organised by Amanda Winwood, is returning this September at Carden Park in Cheshire.

Scheduled to from September 1-2, SpaFest will feature inspiring talks alongside panel debates and therapy sessions.

The theme for this year’s event is ‘Elevating Wellness – wealth, inclusivity and sustainability in a changing world’.

As media sponsor for the event, European Spa’s founder Sarah Camilleri will reflect on leadership, storytelling and the future of wellness in an on-stage interview.

She will share heartfelt industry insights and her journey through the global spa and wellness sector.

Other event sponsors include Oskia, Made for Life Organics, Carden Park, BC SoftWear and Wildsmith.

Speakers and sessions

SpaFest 2025 will kick off with a sound immersion led by Claudia Roth, setting the tone for connection, purpose and inclusivity.

Sue Harmsworth MBE, founder of ESPA and the SATCC, will lead a keynote entitled ‘Clarity and vision in an ever-changing spa landscape’, focused on navigating change with purpose.

Additional panel debates will focus on investing in training and bridging skills gaps as well as creating strong financial foundations for growth, and the power of compassionate conversation.

Iain Bell and Professor Anna Campbell MBE will debate the role of exercise and nutrition through cancer.

Speakers and panelists include Dorchester Collection’s Teresa O’Farrell, Jamie Pagan from Wildsmith, Ground Wellbeing founder Peigin Crowley and Helena Greszk, MBE.

SpaFest is interspersed with therapy events, workshops and movement sessions including t’ai chi with Iain Bell and a walk for wellness with Kay Pennington, Laura Meeson and Emma-Jane North.

The Great British Tea & Therapy

Money raised by SpaFest 2025 will go towards funding a one-day retreat for women living with cancer.

The Great British Tea & Therapy will take place on September 3 at Carden Park, supported by Oskia and Made for Life Organics.

More than 60 people are expected to attend the one-day retreat for those living with cancer.

The day will include a gentle sound bath experience, mini treatments including facials and Reiki, and a guided workshop on thriving beyond diagnosis.

SpaFest 2025 – how to book

SpaFest is committed to providing a level playing field and offers the same price for operators and suppliers.

Delegate prices:

  • £525 – two full days plus dinner on September 1 and one night’s accommodation at Carden Park
  • £395 – two full days plus dinner on September 1, no accommodation
  • £999 – two full days plus dinner on September 1 and one night’s accommodation at Carden Park (sharing) for two people.

All profits from donations, sponsorship packages and ticket sales are regarded as charitable donations go directly to supporting people living with cancer through the work of the Made for Life Foundation, in collaboration with the SATCC.
