Holly Mandall appointed global head of spa strategy and new business at Aromatherapy Associates

Aromatherapy Associates has made two new appointments to its spa team.

Holly Mandall joins the brand as the new global head of spa strategy and new business. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the professional spa sector.

Prior to joining Aromatherapy Associates, Holly was head of international sales and distribution at VOYA, where she maximised key accounts across EMEA and drove expansion into new regions including Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

Her career also includes strategic planning and execution of new business initiatives in the UK and EMEA for ESPA International, as well as driving business growth in south-east England for Natura Bissé.

“I cannot wait to share exciting new developments as we push boundaries and create a positive impact on our industry through the power of essential oils.”

Mandall will focus on driving Aromatherapy Associates’ strategic initiatives and fostering new business opportunities globally.

Lindsey Chalkley has also joined the Aromatherapy Associates team as head of spa sales UK and Ireland.

With 18 years of spa industry experience, Chalkley has worked in both operations and with leading brands.

Chalkley’s career began as a therapist at Ragdale Hall Spa. She then transitioned into field-based sales roles, driving regional revenue and expanding portfolios for brands such as IIAA, Elemis and ESPA.

“My journey here is driven by a deep passion for the spa and wellbeing industry and a commitment to enhancing wellness experiences,” she says. “My focus will be on fostering growth within new and existing spas, and ensuring Aromatherapy Associates continues to lead with excellence in spa therapy.”

Chalkley’s role will see her strengthening partnerships and fostering growth as Aromatherapy Associates refocuses on its spa business and market presence across the UK and Ireland.

Mandall’s and Chalkley’s appointments comes at a pivotal moment for Aromatherapy Associates as the brand continues to expand its global footprint and enhance its offerings in the wellness sector.

The global skincare brand announced the appointment of Serina Sandhu as its new chief commercial officer in February 2024.
