Shelley Stones appointed spa manager at the Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa

Shelley Stones has been appointed spa manager at the Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa. Stones’ role will include ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the spa.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the location, she will manage the team and set goals and objectives for everyone.

She will oversee training and education to ensure everyone delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Stones has previously worked as assistant spa manager at Celtic Manor Newport and was spa manager at Park Plaza in Cardiff and at Nuffield Health in Bridgend.

The spa in south-west Wales, near Cardiff, features tropical-inspired facilities in a serene sanctuary.

The treatment menu features unique products and protocols created ishga.

Spa facilities include a relaxation pool, sauna, spa garden and vitality pool.
