OTO Wellbeing has appointed Zoe Williamson as its new global head of spa and hospitality.

Williamson has more than 14 years of operational, sales and marketing experience in the corporate spa and hospitality sectors.

Most recently, she spearheaded the omni-channel expansion of Hydrafacial in EMEA and APAC markets.

Williamson’s previous roles include business development manager for FOREO and business manager for ESPA International, developing the brand’s spa accounts in London and the south of England.

She has also worked for the L’Oréal Professional Products Division for skincare brands Decleor and Carita, and as a spa manager for Virgin Active.

“OTO poses so much opportunity for spas to harness,” said Williamson. “What I am most excited about is the extended revenue opportunities that OTO Wellbeing can bring outside of the spa.

“Along with the core face and body treatment range, OTO has turndown and minibar product offerings, F&B options, in-room service menus and solutions. This inspires cross-collaboration between wider departments of spa businesses.

“OTO will continue turning heads over the next few months with its biggest launch to date in the pipeline for Q4 – watch this space!”

360-degree wellbeing

Williamson will be heading up OTO Wellbeing’s spa and hospitality division, nurturing existing spa accounts with a focus on opening new markets and expanding on existing group relationships.

As well as consolidating the OTO product and service offering across spa, in-room and F&B , she will work to onboard new distributor partners.

"We are delighted to welcome Zoe to OTO, as we move into the next phase of 360-degree wellbeing. Her expertise will be instrumental as we continue to innovate the spa and hospitality space through the power of mushrooms and adaptogens.”
