New head of international business for Voya

Holly Mandall has joined leading seaweed-based skincare brand Voya as its head of international business.

Holly brings 17 years’ experience to the role, including time spent working with brands including Environ, ESPA and Natura Bissé.

Commenting on her appointment, Holly said: “I am honoured to begin this journey with such an innovative brand that brings organic luxury with a sustainable conscience to our industry.”

Holly’s previous roles have included maximising regional distribution and key accounts management for ESPA; responsibility for growth of business in south-east England for Natura Bissé; and most recently the strategic planning and execution of new business in the UK and EMEA for ESPA International.
