UK Spa Association announces line up for summer networking event

The UK Spa Association (UKSA) has revealed the speaker line up for its summer networking event.

Set to take place on July 30 at Center Parcs Woburn Forest near Bedford, the event will run from 10am until 4pm. An evening drinks reception is also planned from 6-8pm on July 29 at the host location.

The popular networking event draws operator members and suppliers together for a chance to share ideas. Leading brands will be in attendance, showcasing their latest products and innovations.

The speaker schedule will kick off with an opening keynote from Beverley Bayes, founder and creative director at Sparcstudio. The creative force behind some of the UK’s most iconic wellness spaces, including Center Parcs, Bayes will share exclusive insights into her transformative spa designs.

European Spa’s news editor Wendy Golledge will then host an interview with Stuart Angus and Laura Freeman, Center Parcs group spa director and group spa manager.

The interview will explore their journeys to get to their current roles, Center Parcs’ spa strategies and what’s next for the brand’s spas.

Health and wellness coach and motivational speaker Liz Solano will share her seven steps to healthy habit formation. Her advice will be aimed at helping delegates to create a lifestyle they love and hack their hormones for lasting change.

School of Natural Therapies

Marc Innes and Joseph O’Dwyer from the School of Natural Therapies will speak on how additional training can reignite passion, drive staff retention and empower therapists to fall back in love with massage.

Dr. Ramin Salehi, MD and coach at Cornerstone Training will share how to balance performance, wellbeing and responsibility in today’s high-pressure environment.

State of the Industry Survey 2025

To round off the day, the UKSA’s general manager Bobby Griffiths will reveal results of the State of the Industry Survey 2025.

Griffiths will share the stats, the stories and what it all means for the future of spa.
