The Spa Collaborative's Spa Strategy Success Mapper aims to help spas recover from the pandemic

Global spa consultancy The Spa Collaborative (TSC) has launched The Spa Strategy Success Mapper, a bespoke programme aimed at spas recovering from the pandemic. 

Billed as an ‘immersive exploration’, initiative is a two-week course that helps spa operators to establish their financial, customer experience and marketing goals, culminating in a ‘vision-oriented, objective-led road map.’

The course includes deep-dive data analysis, comprehensive operational and business reviews, a budget review and the development of annual business objectives and success measurements and metrics.

The course costs £8,250 + VAT and is divided into three sections:

 

Discovery and review

  • • Welcome webinar – a session to understand and review business objectives.
  • • Deep dive and discover packet – a set of worksheets for completion.
  • • Discovery review – analysis of completed worksheets to understand what’s under the skin of your business currently
  • • Opportunity audit – 1.5 days onsite including mystery guest shop, full operational audit and review and meeting with leadership.

 

Onsite collaboration session 

  • • A one-day  dynamic workshop and discussion with key stakeholders and team members to unpack and contextualise recommendations.

 

Deliverables

  • • Budget insights and recommendations – tactics for optimising your financial targets for the coming year.
  • • Executive business objective roadmap– defining your financial, innovation, marketing, and guest service targets.
  • • Sales strategy and activity planner – shaped around bespoke Business Objectives, a high-level plan of suggested tactics.
  • • KPI measurement toolkit – a set of guides for measuring your daily and monthly financial, operational, and marketing measurements to implement and track against set goals.
  • • Action & insights report – a summary of The Spa Collaborative’s recommended next steps.
  • • Implementation period & fine-tune follow up – a check-in on your progress, three weeks after the personalised Strategy Success Mapper has been delivered.

TSC also offers a free downloadable Executive Business Objective Roadmap, which outlines the five steps to layout a spa’s 2022 core business objectives and high-level tactics to achieve them. This links with the latest global best practice and strategies to achieve each spa’s key goals and budget.
