Subtle Energies appoints new regional director

Victoria Dello-Ioio joins the Australian brand to lead commercial and strategic growth across EMEA

Victoria Dello-Ioio has joined Australian aromatherapy and Ayurvedic brand, Subtle Energies.

With nearly 30 years of international spa and wellness experience, Dello-Ioio began her career as a therapist at Ragdale Hall.

She has since worked with leading operators and brands including Kanebo, Hyatt Regency, Shiseido and Natura Bissé.

Most recently, Dello-Ioio held the role of UK country manager for Sothys, driving its expansion into the UK hospitality sector and significantly increasing market presence.

As regional director for EMEA at Subtle Energies, she will be leading the commercial and strategic growth across luxury spa markets.

“My focus will span sales development, account management, training delivery and partnership building,” said Dello-Ioio, speaking exclusively with European Spa.

“I’ll be working closely with the brand’s founding team to bring Subtle Energies’ heritage and clinical expertise into new destinations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

“A key focus will be on establishing new strategic partnerships that support sustainable growth and enhance brand visibility.”

The brand has also been deepening its integration of holistic skincare with performance technology working across LED, radiofrequency, galvanic and microcurrent protocols.
