New spa suite unveiled at Sani Resort, Greece

Sani Resort in Greece has announced a series of new offering for 2023, including the new Porto Sani spa suite, offering made-to-measure face and body treatments by Parisian brand Anne Semonin.

As one of five of the resort’s spas in Halkidiki, the new suite offers facilities including a heated indoor pool, a thermal area with an ice fountain, a steam room and sauna, and a couple’s cabin. There are also heated recliners, an emotion shower and an ice bucket shower.

Bespoke Anne Semonin treatments

A lavish series of bespoke Anne Semonin signature treatments will include the Gold Seekers facial and body treatment, 24-carat gold facials and Sun-kissed Collection Therapies, which prepare skin for a tan and include innovative exfoliation and moisturising techniques.

High-tech lifting therapies from CACI include the CooLifting Gun – a specialised cryo-treatment facial machine that shoots CO2 and hyaluronic acid onto the skin to reduce fine lines and wrinkles – and the CACI Miracle Facial Lifting Therapy

The spa suite has been designed by Nimand Architects and Dr Niki-Manou Andreadis, head of Nimand, who designed the whole Sani resort.

All technical facilities were supplied by KLAFS.

Spa director Spiros Gaitanidis said: “The new spa suite offers unique aesthetics and a state-of-the-art design combined with the latest technology.

“Guests can connect with their inner selves in the calm oasis of Porto Sani, which features a ceiling fountain, a bubble wall and a real crystal sculpture made by famous artist Konstantinos Varotsos.

“Following a €30 million makeover of Porto Sani, the spa suite now offers five single treatment rooms, one couple’s suite and a manicure-pedicure room. Guests can also purchase Anne Semonin products within the spa.

“The unique aesthetics of the spa suite and the large treatment areas, alongside the most innovative cosmetic technology, provides guests with a luxurious bespoke experience for up to 50 people.”

Located in a lush eco-reserve, the resort, which was named World’s Leading Luxury Green Resort in the 2022 World Travel Awards, has also launched private aerial yoga lessons, adding to an already extensive programme of yoga sessions.

Alongside additional spa offerings, the resort has announced new restaurants – Elia, a Greek al fresco restaurant and the Lima Peruvian

The first certified carbon-neutral resort in Greece since 2020, Sani Resort has a triple-zero goal, to be net zero by 2030, as well as zero plastic and zero waste by 2024. In 2023, the resort will continue with its wooden key cards, water-refilling stations around the resort, and its Zero Waste kitchen concept.
