Riverhills Health Club and Spa unveils spa refurbishment plans

Following severe damge by fire in 2023, Riverhills Health Club and Spa in Suffolk has revealed plans for a redeveloped luxury day spa, set to open in early 2025.

With investment totalling £435,000, the newly rebuilt spa will include a swimming pool and wet area with a vitality pool, hot tub, heated loungers and a stone bath sauna.

There will also be a herbal sauna, steam room, Snowsky shower, foot spas and a relaxation room.

A HaloIR sauna will offer a synergistic combination of far infrared heat and halotherapy. Suppliers include Spa Vision, DaleSauna, Newson Pools and TechnoAlpin.

In the treatment areas, there will be nine enhanced treatment rooms offering Temple Spa facials and massages. There will also be a mud serail room and a manicure/pedicure room.

Spa guests will begin their day with a personal consultation, allowing the treatment team to tailor the day to individual needs and goals.

The spa experience will allow guests to book time rather than specific treatments, ensuring every guest reveives a bespoke offering.

Fitness facilities will also be expanded, to include two studios for group exercise classes, a Spin Studio and a HIIT style studio.
