Myndstream partners with Shared Beauty Secrets to launch multi-sensory treatment

Health and wellbeing music provider Myndstream has collaborated with Shared Beauty Secrets to launch a new multi-sensory treatment.

The immersive Sound Escape massage combines the power of touch with a bespoke soundscape.

Launched in the InterContinental Hotel London Park Lane spa, the Sound Escape treatment has been devised to destress the mind, restoring a sense of calm and balance. The treatment can be enhanced by adding an Escape self-heating eye mask.

The 60-minute treatment triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting healing, stress reduction and blood pressure management.

“The Sound Escape treatment adds a unique dimension to our spa menu, offering an immersive journey combining touch with heat and sound,” said Dawn Shorter, spa director at the InterContinental Hotel London Park Lane.

“We are also incorporating Myndstream’s outcome focused music into our flotation experiences to allow our guests to further personalise their wellness experience.”

The Stream

The Sound Escape music is exclusively available on Myndstream’s streaming service, the Stream.

The music streaming service holds more than 100 soundscapes crafted by musicians, scientists and wellness practitioners. Soundscapes are categorised by mood, outcome and duration.
