Maxx Royal Resorts to open Maxx WellBeing Spa Bodrum, Turkey

Turkish hospitality brand, Maxx Royal Resorts, has announced it will open Maxx Royal Bodrum in Turkey in late spring 2024.

The brand’s third property is located on a private peninsula in Göltürkbükü, Turkey and will include the 4,500sqm Maxx WellBeing Spa.

The property is bring designed by Turkish architect, Mahmut Anlar, with interiors by Geo_ID.

The Maxx WellBeing Spa

Comprising 20 treatment rooms, the Maxx WellBeing Spa will offer Balneotherapy, flotation experiences, Nuvola massage and beauty-focused treatments.

The wellbeing space will also include a medi-spa area with nine high-tech treatment rooms, focusing on non-invasive anti-ageing experiences.

These will include an Ozone Sauna, a sensory deprivation tank and Platelet-rich Plasma Injections.

The spa’s hydro and thermal area will incorporate a herbal sauna and herbal essence steam room, infrared sauna, salt room, rain room and Kneipp Walk. There will also be an Olympic-size indoor swimming pool.

A 335sqm fitness studio will feature Technogym training equipment.

This will be complemented by group classes including reformer Pilates, yoga and aerial yoga, as well as breathwork and sound healing.

A visiting practitioner and retreat programme will offer stays ranging from three to 21 days based on the Maxx Royal 6 Elements of Wellbeing programmes. These combine traditional anti-ageing protocols with holistic healing rituals.

There will also be a signature Maxx Wellbeing restaurant serving menu choices designed to boost wellbeing and immunity.

The 11.4-hectare resort joins the brand’s two existing properties – Maxx Royal Belek and Maxx Royal Kemer in Antalya.

A grand boutique-style property, it will also be home to the first Turkish outpost of the Scorpios Beach Club, the renowned Mykonos beach concept.

Scorpios Bodrum will be home to a new Ritual Temple, a multidisciplinary stage for artistic exploration and wellbeing rituals.
