L’Albereta Relais and Châteaux opens fully refurbished Chenot Espace spa

Chenot Espace Spa at L’Albereta, the only wellness spa in Italy signed by the renowned medical wellness brand Chenot, has reopened with new and modernised diagnostic treatment options.

The 2,000sqm Chenot Espace Spa combines Chenot’s vision of wellness with the Moretti family’s five-star hospitality.

Following the restoration of the first two floors of the spa, the Chenot Espace Spa now offers an enriched wellness programme.

New diagnostic treatment options include skin collagen thickness assessments and neuro-acoustic deep relaxation treatments. There is also stress testing, hyperoxygen exposure treatments and Chenot personalised facials.

Exclusive Chenot wellness programmes

The Chenot Method is a scientific framework for achieving optimum health through diagnostics and treatment plans.

Chenot wellness programmes have been redesigned at Chenot Espace to achieve optimal detoxification, rebalance and fitness.

Programmes include the week-long Advance Detox, designed to induce a deep purification and detoxification, and the five-night De-stress and Recharge, to provide profound stress relief and energise the deeper structures of the body.

Guests will be treated by a team of more than 50 professionals including doctors, 25 therapists, dietitians, osteopaths and beauticians.

Spa facilities at Chenot Espace L’Albereta

Recently named Italy’s Best Spa Day 2023 at the World Spa Awards, Chenot Espace has been created according to Chenot International Group’s guidelines by Studio Arch and Davide Macullo of Lugano. The spa consultant was Sara Idhajoub.

Facilities include pools with Venetian mosaics from Bisazza, and a sauna and Turkish bath crafted by Carmenta. Chenot products are used exclusively within the spa.

The ground floor is dedicated to hydro treatments and aqua fitness. Next to the outdoor and indoor swimming pools there is a sauna and aromatherapy steam bath plus a Technogym-equipped gym.

In the centre of the spa, according to the Chenot method, there is a circular space for hydrotherapy, mud applications and hydro-jets.

Towels and spa linens are supplied by Pedersoli, treatment beds by Lemi and spa software by Coffi.

L’Albereta is a 19th-century villa set in the vineyards of the Franciacorta region of Italy, near Milan.

Founded by Vittorio Moretti, it is now managed by his daughter, Carmen Moretti and is part of the French luxury hotel  chain, Relais and Chateaux.
