Healing Summit to host Visionaries’ Table with Dr Vandana Shiva

Healing Hotels of the World (HHOW) has announced that the 2021 edition of the Healing Summit, taking place virtually on Saturday, October 23, will feature its first-ever Visionaries’ Table. 

The Visionaries’ Table is a virtual panel that will feature a host of experts from fields such as holistic wellbeing, environmental science and social responsibility to explore the connection between healing and individual responsibility, as well as social and planetary responsibility. 

Speakers will include leading environmental scientist, activist and Alternative Nobel Prize laureate Dr Vandana Shiva as well as Cancer Wellness magazine founder and editor-in-chief Caylei Vogelzang. 

Dr Shiva will share insights on how individual choices can contribute to positive changes for sustaining the planet. Vogelzang will lead a discussion on cancer, sharing stories of individual healing journeys as well as offering a public forum about ‘the many faces’ of the disease. 

The event will be hosted by Valerie Smaldone and will feature several wellbeing sessions delivered by yoga and meditation specialists. 

It will also include a host of speakers who have yet to be announced.
