Grantley Hall appoints new spa and wellness manager

Gillian McGraffin has joined the team at Grantley Hall’s Three Graces Spa as its new spa and wellness manager.

McGraffin has worked for numerous prestigious establishments including the Grand Brighton, Swinton Country Club and Spa, Cowley Manor and Handpicked Hotels. She has also worked for bareMinerals.

“These experiences have shaped me and allowed me to refine my skills in creating exceptional guest experiences,” said McGraffin.

“I am honoured to be a part of the Grantley Hall team and excited by the positive impact I can have on our guests’ wellbeing and happiness. I am ready to elevate and guide the current offering at Three Graces Spa into its next phase.”

Three Graces Spa facilities

Three Graces Spa, located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, features a relaxation room, an 18-metre pool, a selection of thermal facilities and a spa lounge.

Guests can also experience the new Nordic Spa Garden which features two ice baths and an outdoor sauna.

Taking its inspiration from the daughters of Greek god Zeus – Euphrosyne, Aglaea and Thalia – Three Graces Spa has a wet spa area, designed by Barr + Wray, and an indoor-to-outdoor vitality hydrotherapy pool.

McGraffin will oversee daily operations and manage the team of spa staff as well as creating and implementing spa policies and procedures to maintain a five-star standard of service.

“I have several goals in mind, including introducing new treatment options that cater to a wide range of wellness needs and enhancing the overall customer experience,” continued McGraffin.

“I will be creating event-based day packages in the wellbeing sector, and ensuring our spa guests and residents have the most exceptional relaxation experience possible.”
