Dedicate time to prioritise self-care through mindfulness, reflection and activities that fostering inner peace and personal growth.
3. Reconnect with family and friends
Urging people to strengthen the bonds with loved ones through quality time and open communication, and embrace the power of digital detoxes to be fully present.
4. Reconnect with community
GWD will encourage people to contribute to the wellbeing of their community by engaging in volunteer work or organising local events. “By fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose, we can create a supportive and vibrant community for all,” said Aksoy.
5. Reconnect with longevity
The final pillar sees GWD encouraging a focus on prioritising physical, mental, emotional and cognitive wellbeing.
