Iconic spa hotel Gleneagles has announced Seabody as its newest spa partner

The Irish skincare line, founded by cellular biochemist Dr Helena McMahon, will bring its science-led, sea-powered approach to wellness to the hotel in the Scottish Highlands.

Seabody creates entirely plant-based, high efficacy products powered by sustainable cellular biotech, merging scientific innovation with luxury.

The Spa at Gleneagles will offer a bespoke Seabody & Gleneagles Signature Ritual, an exclusive experience for the hotel. The experience blends full-body stretching and wave stone therapy with Seabody’s biotechnology facial.

“Gleneagles is a destination that epitomises heritage, excellence and a profound commitment to wellness. This collaboration is a meeting of values, celebrating innovation, sustainability and the natural world."

“This partnership unites Seabody’s scientific innovation with Gleneagles’ renowned commitment to holistic wellbeing.”

Gleneagles is offering five Seabody facial and body treatments. Alongside the Signature Ritual there is the 50-minute Seabody Scalp Release and the 80-minute Seabody Rebalance Wrap.

The Seabody Touch Facial includes a biotech-infused mask and serum ritual, while Seabody Elevate combines a results-driven facial infused with marine bioactives with a back, neck and shoulder massage.

Seabody’s hero ingredient is Maraderm, a blend of high purity bioactives

About Seabody

Dr McMahon has more than 20 years’ experience in biotechnology, cellular therapeutics and bioactive natural ingredients. As the driving force behind Seabody’s marine bioactives, she said: “My light bulb moment was the realisation that the human body responds to natural molecules at the cellular level. This opened up the potential to use these natural molecules in scientifically validated skincare.”

Each product is enriched with Seabody’s hero ingredient, Maraderm – a proprietary blend of high purity bioactives proven to stimulate collagen and support the skin’s microbiome and elastin synthesis.

This partnership mark’s Seabody’s second mainland UK account, following a launch at Chewton Glen earlier this year.
