Spanish skincare brand Germaine de Capuccini has announced three key appointments to its UK team, naming Natalie Perrott as business development manager for Southern England, Pamela Griffin as business development manager for Scotland and Northern England, and Amanda Burgoyne as a trainer.

The new team members will be responsible for driving business development in the UK

Griffin is the brand’s most recent appointment, having joined Germaine de Capuccini earlier this month from The Thistle Foundation, where she was a wellbeing and support team member. She has previously held roles with Voya, where she served as the UK and international business development manager, and Decléor Scotland, where she worked as development and key account manager.

Griffin also worked as a self-employed business development manager,  responsible for increasing client spend through the sale of new products in [comfort zone] spas and salons across Scotland, and has served as a volunteer board member for the UK Spa Association.

The new additions further the brand's UK expansion plans

Natalie Perrott joined Germaine de Capuccini at the end of 2021, bringing extensive management experience gleaned from a career working with brands such as Princess Cruises Worldwide, Champneys and Old Thorns Spa.

During her time at Champney’s Forst Mere, Perrott was responsible for day-to-day spa operations and developed and implemented staff training in treatments, protocols and policy. She also has experience writing and developing treatment menus and was a member of the opening team at Eforea Spa at Hilton, where she worked under opening spa manager Hayley Warman.

“The addition of Natalie, Amanda and Pamela with their collective expert industry knowledge and skills will prove instrumental in helping to support existing partnerships as well as cultivate new ones.”

Amanda Burgoyne has worked in the luxury spa industry for 25 years and has previously held training and development roles with brands such as ESPA, where she worked as account development manager and trainer and was responsible for delivering the brand’s advanced training. As a freelance training and development consultant, Burgoyne worked with high-profile clients including Mandarin Oriental, The Sanctuary, Foxhills and St Pancras Hotel. She also worked as spa manager at both The Sanderson and Cliveden.

Germaine de Capuccini managing director Clare Dickens said: “I’m absolutely delighted to welcome to the team three key appointments as we further our expansion plans for the brand. The addition of Natalie, Amanda and Pamela with their collective expert industry knowledge and skills will prove instrumental in helping to support existing partnerships as well as cultivate new ones.”
