A new holistic wellbeing therapy has been introduced at the Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany.

Intended to elicit a strong connection to the natural world and guest’s inner self, Forest Bathing has been introduced as part of the resort’s spa and wellbeing offer.

The sessions take place within the estate’s woodlands and include mindful walks among the ancient trees as well as Anusara Yoga sessions to enhance physical and mental rejuvenation.

Located in the hills of Tuscany, the property was founded by Massimo and Chiara Ferragamo and is ideal for immersive, meditative woodland walks as it is situated in a 5,000-acre UNESCO-protected park.

Ahead of its reopening earlier this year, Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco retreat and spa enhanced its offer with the addition of 19 suites.

Offering a truly authentic Tuscan experience, the suites, by interior designer Teresa Burgisser, are located in a new complex, an extension of Il Borgo.

Designed for enhanced accessibility and comfort, each suite features a heated infinity lap pool with panoramic views over Montalcino and Val d’Orcia which was constructed by Bruni Srl with technical work from Big Blu Group.
