Exclusive: European Spa shares a first look at the Six Senses London spa

The Six Senses Spa wellness menu has been shared exclusively with European Spa, along with previously unseen spa imagery

Six Senses London, the brand’s highly anticipated first UK destination, has unveiled new spa images and its wellness menu, exclusively to European Spa.

Set to open on March 1, the Six Senses Spa will offer a reimagined wellness offering, grounded in Six Senses Integrated Wellness.

The wellness and spa menu reveals details of the programming, thermal facilities and, for the first time, what will be offered in the biohacking Recovery Lounge.

The contrast therapy journey at Six Senses London will include a lap pool as well as a mineral-rich magnesium pool, the first within a hotel in London, by Barr+Wray.

The 2,300sqm spa will also feature a steam room, hammam (pictured above) Finnish and bio saunas, and a cold plunge pool.

Biohacking at Six Senses London

Wellness programming includes an in-depth 45-minute screening, which reveals 40 key biomarkers that reflect inner health.

There will also be a seven-day detox, a multi-day sleep reset journey and a yoga pathway encompassing private sessions, guided breathwork, meditation and healing energy treatments.

Biohacking tech will include a red-light bed, PEMF therapy, a float pod, CellGym and a sound lounger. There will be an inversion table for spine decompression and a Juvent vibration platform for gentle bone strengthening.

EMS training will be on offer, as well as compression boots and Hyperice Venom back heat therapy and Vyper Go Roll, an advanced vibrating fitness roller. A full list of suppliers is yet to be disclosed.

Signature treatments

A full lymphatic body reset will use UK skincare brand de Mamiel, which offers clean skincare engineered to address the impact of stress on the skin.

There will also be a bio-intelligent facial ritual from de Mamiel and the chance to take part of 45-minute Alchemy Bar workshops with Six Senses head alchemist, Charlotte Pulver.

A full-body CBD, chromotherapy and soundscape experience will use Kloris. The facials menu will encompass four distinct treatments and use products by Dr Burgener Switzerland.

As part of Grow With Six Senses, there will be a selection of spa treatments especially for children.

The junior spa menu will include a full body massage and a back, neck and shoulder massage using unscented oil. There will be a 45-minute foot mapping treatment, plus a parent and child experience – a full-body massage followed by a scalp massage.

Recovery Lounge

The Recovery Lounge menu has been set up to offer reset shortcuts ranging from five to 30 minutes. Depending on guests’ time availability, bespoke biohacking blends will be created.

The fitness blend focuses on boosting metabolism, improving performance and enhancing joint and muscle recovery.

There is also a detox blend, focused on stimulating the lymphatic system, for enhancing metabolic function and activating the body’s natural detoxification processes.s a yoga blend, for rebalancing the body and mind, and a sleep blend for slowing down the mind and stimulating the parasympathetic response.
