Clinique La Prairie appoints new head of wellbeing

Globally renowned longevity brand Clinique la Prairie has appointed Jesmin Aly as its new head of wellbeing.

With a background rooted in luxury hospitality, Aly is based at Clinique La Prairie Health Resort in Anji, China.

Most recently, Aly worked for Six Senses Hotels and Resorts. She led the development and execution of the wellness strategy for Six Senses Crans-Montana in Valais, Switzerland.

Aly has extensive spa experience, having worked with brands including Four Seasons in Milan and Rosewood in Italy and the Caribbean.

Wellbeing and movement at Clinique La Prairie

Clinique La Prairie opened its first health resort outside of Switzerland in Anji, China, in early 2024.

Secluded among stunning mountains with views over a serene lake, Anji is reminiscent of Clinique La Prairie’s flagship in Montreux on Lake Geneva.

The spa at Anji conveys Clinique La Prairie’s commitment to wellbeing, one of the four fundamental pillars on the path to longevity.

Aly will be overseeing the wellbeing and movement pillars at Anji. Her goal is to establish a strong foundation in these areas by evaluating current practices, implementing refined wellness protocols and introducing new, dynamic experiences.

Creating personalised wellness journeys

“To develop the wellness offerings in Anji, I plan to refine existing services to align even more closely with Clinique La Prairie’s commitment to holistic wellbeing and longevity,” said Aly.

“I aim to foster a culture where wellbeing is felt deeply by the team, enabling them to convey that same philosophy to our clients with authenticity.

“My goal is to craft personalised journeys that blend state-of-the-art skincare innovations and advanced well-aging treatments. There will be a focus on relaxation and rejuvenation practices, inspired by eastern traditions and ancient Asian wisdom.”

A key element of Aly’s vision involves inviting visiting practitioners to offer exclusive treatments that are unique to Anji.

“This approach will transform the Anji Health Resort into a true sanctuary of luxury wellness, fully aligned with La Prairie’s commitment to excellence, purity, and precision,” she said.

Global expansion for Clinique La Prairie

In October 2024, Clinique La Prairie announced a new partnership agreement with luxury hospitality and residential brand The Estate.

The collaboration will see the two brands partnering in select urban locations globally to offer holistic treatments through Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.

The brand has been gradually rolling out city-based Longevity Hubs satellite sites since 2020.

So far, Longevity Hubs have opened in Madrid, Bangkok, Doha, Taipei and most recently in Dubai at One&Only One Za’abeel.
