CAYO Armonia Spa offers treatments inspired by ancient landscape

Recently opened for its first full season, a stylish hotel on the Greek island of Crete offers guests access to a tapestry of beaches, historic treasures and hilltop villages that have also inspired its spa offering.

CAYO Exclusive Resort & Spa stands on swathe of private beach overlooking  Elounda Bay and its Armonia Spa is said to be a ‘state-of-the-art relaxation hub’ that offers a large heated indoor pool, a steam room, a fitness space, three treatment rooms, a sauna, a hair salon and a nail bar.

The spa’s wellness treatments and rituals use innovative, modern techniques to harness the efficacy of age-old natural ingredients such as salt, which is a natural exfoliant; the healing powers of honey; and the moisturising properties of olive oil.

Signature treatments include the Full Body Salt and Olive Oil Scrub, a hydrating Aloe Vera Body Mask, and Luk Pra Kob, a herbal hot compress massage.
