Leading southern Italian wellness resort Borgo Egnazia has debuted a new fitness programme that is dedicated to letting nature regenerate and refresh mind, body and soul.

The programme is structured around four main areas: Outdoor; Mindfulness; Happiness and Regenerate.

Designed to help guests through a journey to ‘reconnect with the wider world’, the ‘Muvt’ programme will feature mindful sessions alongside happiness workshops and outdoor training such as bike rides, paddle boarding and running. The regenerative experiences will include body scrubs, massages, infrared sauna and use of the resort’s Roman Baths.

Borgo Egnazia offers an idyllic backdrop for guests to recharge and reconnect

Set in the heart of Puglia and surrounded by olive groves on the Adriatic coast, Borgo Egnazia is inspired by the shapes and colours of a typical Apulian village.

Designed by local architect Pino Brescia under the vision of the Melpignano family, the property is a tribute to traditional architecture and the surrounding countryside and coastline.
