Berlin Hotel Telegraphenamt to open holistic wellness club

The luxury Hotel Telegraphenamt in Berlin has unveiled plans to open a new holistic wellness club focusing on prevention, regeneration and rejuvenation.

The Telegraphenamt says it will be Germany’s first city hotel with an integrated health and wellness offering.

The club will provide guests with access to a team of 15 experts including doctors, personal trainers, therapists and nutritionists.

The offering will include state-of-the-art medicine and advanced diagnostic procedures.

In addition, three signature health programmes will be at the core of the proposition: Prevention, Regeneration, and Rejuvenation.

Through this trio of offerings, the team will curate a bespoke programme for each guest that focuses on their specific needs, to support long-term health and help them to achieve optimal wellness.

The signature health programmes are designed for six months and start from €265 per month.

The medical wellness offering at Hotel Telegraphenamt’s holistic wellness club will include comprehensive diagnostics, from hormone and DNA tests to 3D body and breath gas analyses.

Therapies on offer will include biotech treatments such as oxygen and red-light therapies for cell regeneration and to combat oxidative stress, as well as a wide range of IV infusions.

In addition, the offer will include compression therapy, Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Therapy (IHHT) and ice baths.

Each guest will receive an individual health profile to plan preventive measures and identify potential health risks early on.

The Telegraph Office Spa

Wellness club guests will have access to spa services in the Telegraph Office Spa, including a steam room, sauna and four treatment rooms.

There will be a menu of facials on offer from Dr Emi Skin Spa. Spa services include medical-cosmetic facial treatments curated by the renowned dermatologist Dr Emi Arpa at her private practice in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

Facials will also be offered using HydraFacial and LaseMD, as well as the VISIA skin analysis system.

Body massages and treatments place emphasis on breathing techniques, aromatherapy and singing bowl therapies.

“Healthcare is the new form of self-care. Soon, vitamin infusions and altitude training will become a part of everyday life,” said Christina Hanck, founder of everlabs and advisor at Telegraphenamt. “Through the wellness club, a healthy lifestyle can be integrated into urban life and travel.”

Hotel Telegraphenamt also offers a Technogym-equipped gym and yoga and spinning classes in its 1,500sqm fitness studio.

The hotel is housed in Berlin’s former telegraph office, which was considered Germany’s most sophisticated postal building.

The historically listed building was restored and modernised, and reopened reopening in late 2022.
