Bamford becomes lead product house at Sequoia Spa at The Grove

Sequoia Spa at The Grove hotel near London has completed a multi-phase refurbishment and announced the launch of new signature treatments, with Bamford as its lead product house.

The UK-based brand has created a new selection of facials and massages, using products from its range, in partnership with The Grove’s team of intuitive wellness practitioners.

Personalised facials

The collection of exclusive treatments includes signature rituals, such as the Bamford Signature Massage, which uses organic Bamford oil blends to gently help the body release toxin build-up, supporting the immune system.

For facials, therapists use a personalised selection of Bamford skincare products. The brand has also become the exclusive product in all rooms, suites and communal areas.

“Using Bamford’s much-loved products in our new treatments menu will allow guests to reconnect in the tranquil setting of our newly refurbished Sequoia Spa,” said spa director Debbie Rogers.

The final stage of refurbishments at Sequoia Spa was completed last year by StudioJill and allows guests a more relaxed experience when in the wellness space.

New spa facilities

The spa has a newly created tranquillity room where guests are welcomed on arrival, as well as extended heat experience areas. A wellness pool for women is accompanied by a sauna and steam room, created to provide an elevated guest experience as guests move from the treatment rooms to the pool.

The new thermal experiences, supplied by Advanced Pools and Anapos, also include two experience showers, a wellness pool and a men’s sauna and steam room.

The spa’s redesign forms part of a larger renovation project, which saw the total overhaul of 189 guest rooms in the hotel’s west wing.
