“By combining my passion for both team and guest wellness, I’ll work to create a positive, inviting environment for everyone, while aiming to ensure revenue growth and operational prowess remain successful,” continued Chung.

“I believe a strong and reliable team is key to any success. In my first six months I intend to further develop and strengthen the team while providing a clear direction and goal that unites us in our offerings.”

Chung plans to develop St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel’s spa and wellness offer by implementing new and improved personalisation, tailoring the guest journey to individual preferences and needs.

Furthering accessibility and inclusivity

“The future vision for spa and wellness is likely to emphasise accessibility and inclusivity for a wider range of individuals,” said Chung.

“My team and I will make sure that every possible effort is made to ensure that our spa experiences are not only of the highest standard available but also welcoming to people of all different ages, abilities, sizes and cultural backgrounds.”

St. Pancras Spa’s emphasis is on rejuvenation, offering rituals from around the world to restore harmony and wellbeing.

Facilities include a swimming pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation room, as well as a Technogym-equipped fitness centre.
