The Beaumont Mayfair has revealed its reinvigorated spa following a refurbishment.

The art deco London spa features new thermal and relaxation facilities as well as expanded treatment menu featuring new wellness partners.

There is a broader focus on restorative wellness, relaxation, recovery and sleep, with a more holistic, 360-degree approach to wellbeing.

Upgraded facilities include the sauna, steam room, cold plunge, private hammam, ice bar and plunge pool.

“We’ve really paid attention to the needs of our clients – not only in terms of treatments but, more importantly, how they hope to feel at the end of their time with us. This has been the philosophy behind our new menu – we wanted to create an offering that felt both considered and genuinely restorative.”

Traditional therapeutic techniques

In four treatment rooms featuring Gharieni spa beds, the therapies on offer are in partnership with Oskia, Salvaterra, La Sultane de Saba and Solice Health.

Oskia brings an approach that marries traditional therapeutic techniques with modern skin science while Salvaterra, founded by Penny Adaarewa, brings Amazonian botanicals to the spa.

La Sultane de Saba’s traditional hammam treatments draw on Moroccan, Indian and Middle Eastern bathing traditions.

The new menu includes advanced facials and massages, hammam rituals and IV infusions from Solice Health.

Across the menu, the emphasis is on purposeful treatments that respond to individual needs, whether that be easing tension or restoring energy.

To stimulate the senses through sound, the spa is also working with music platform Myndstream. Access to Myndstream is also available for every hotel guest, with soundscapes to support health, wellbeing and rest during their stay.

Lastly there us a Technogym equipped gym with Peloton bikes and Pilates equipment.
